Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) – §115.54 Third Party Reporting

The Concho Valley CSCD/CCF has zero tolerance for all forms of sexual abuse and/or sexual harassment within our facilities. The CSCD/CCF  will immediately respond to allegations, fully investigate reported alleged incidents, pursue disciplinary action based upon the outcome of the investigations and in accordance with the PREA standards, and refer for prosecution those who perpetrate prohibited conduct. Criminal investigations will be investigated by the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Department. If you have any information regarding an resident who has been sexually abused in the Community Corrections Facility, you may report on behalf of an resident by calling the facility and speaking with a staff member, sending a letter, or reporting in person.

How to Report Sexual Abuse

Residents in the facilities are encouraged to report all allegations of sexual abuse and/or sexual harassment, immediately.
